Letter to District 12: Week of 11/2

Friends,

I’m writing today to give you an update from the campaign. Our team is knocking on doors all across our District, and hearing so many stories. A 1st grade public school teacher who shared her concern about educational equity. A man who has worked a corner store for over forty years who was worried about the rise of authoritarianism in our country. A retired corporate attorney whose family was active in preserving the beauty of his neighborhood. A woman who lost someone very special to her, and wanted to share her experience as a hospice nurse. A man who feels that the Democratic Party has left working families behind.

One thing is clear – Democrats in our District are unhappy with the way things are going. I bring to the table over a decade of institutional experience working as a physician in our largest hospitals, and can’t wait to bring that experience to Legislative Hall.

We have so many more doors to knock, and so many more stories to hear. I look forward to hearing yours!

Until next time,

Dr. Rob Bahnsen

Candidate for State Representative, District 12
